Why we need more women in leadership?

Here’s why it makes scientific sense (since common sense is failing) to have more women in leadership, for starters.

I have had the opportunity to be led by women all my life. Been born and brought up by strong, empathetic, passionate working women who knew how to balance work with home.

I remember my mother keep telling me to think differently and teaching me empathy with the words - "Now you know how it feels". Even had a great lady boss who knew what culture really meant and how to nurture relationships.

But I have always struggled to understand why business and society doesn't get it. So I started introspecting. And in my recent quest to understand the 'brain' for my upcoming book, I discovered some solid rationale for your cerebral brain, that is always hungry for a logical reason. So here you go..

Women’s brains have a better connection between the two hemispheres than men’s brains do, women are said to be more intuitive. Words often carry more emotional meaning for women than they do for men.", Dr John B. Arden, Neuropsychologist 🤷

Now that we know how balanced women are, I leave it upto you to decide what to do with this information.

Time for a social reconstruct is now.
